  • Ants signed up with EGMM (Employment Generation Marketing Mission) for the 5th consecutive year. Ants will train more than 5000 rural youth in Retail management, Hospitality Management and DTP.  Trainees will be placed at organised sector jobs. 
  • Ants successfully completed the targets of EGMM for the year 2011-2012. 1200 candidates underwent training and 85% placements were offered.
  • Ants completed training at 36 Govt.  First Grade Colleges in Karnataka. Programes like SAHYOG (Job skills) and Vikasana (Soft Skills/ Stress Management) for under graduates. 
  • New  training centre at Guwahati, Assam. 50 students undergoing training in Hospitality.
  •  New training centres at  Krishna, Vishakapatnam &  Vijayanagarm in  Andhra Pradesh.  
  • Ants wins  "Goal Zero"  for it"s contribution towards  the motto of to work in accident free zone. "Goal Zero" is an initiative by  Shell Markets India Pvt. Ltd. 
  • NSDC has signed up with Ants Consulting & Services Pvt. Ltd. to train 300,000 youth.  
  • Ants  declared winner of Pan IIM networking event on "Entrepreneurship and Innovation". !!!
